Radiant Law is the winner of multiple awards as a legal pioneer. As the business has grown so has the need for central oversight of our internal processes. When we launched all operational processes were set up and run by our founders. Now, ten years on, we are a hands-on, fast-moving team in a new period of rapid scaling, and want to ensure that we evolve in a way that sets us up for the next ten years of success.

This is where you come in! You may have been working as a consultant, analyst, financial and/or operations analyst/specialist, business manager or similar. We're looking for someone with exceptional analytical and organisational skills to support our senior team in delivering our plans to streamline operations across revenue and cost-facing processes.

What we need from you:

Your mission will be to ensure the operational health of the company. Your immediate impact on the business in the short term will stretch across five areas:

Support with data and reporting processes  Day-to-day, this means:

• Building and maintaining central management dashboards
• Building and updating company-wide KPI models
• Assisting in Board-level reporting

Be a business partner to our revenue team. Day-to-day, this means:

• Running ad hoc projects with our client relationship managers
• Supporting basic MI for the revenue team
• Occasional ad hoc business growth/strategy projects
  

Streamline revenue operations to manage cashflow. Day-to-day, this means:

• Building and owning the quote-to-cash process
• Monitoring accounts receivable
• Working with our external accountants on revenue recognition

Own our cost management processes to increase our runway. Day-to-day, this means:

• Support financial budgeting and cashflow planning
• Monitor costs to drive efficiencies
• Build and own supplier payment processes

Support the healthy functioning of our office and team. Day to day this means:

• Assist with admin related to HR
• Support the new team member and client account onboarding experiences
• Office management (from team building events to key cutting!)

This might be the role for you if:

• you have a track record of building (not just optimising) business processes in fast-moving/early-stage companies
• you have experience with financial modelling
• you have used tools (ideally CRMs) and data to deliver business insights and intelligence
• you are absolutely great with Excel/Google Sheets
• you are highly process-driven
• you are willing to jump in and be proactive about identifying needs and delivering solutions.
